Fixed price

Every project has a fixed price, agreed before work starts. The price we agree before we start is the price you pay for the work it covers. If you later ask for something outside it, such as an add-on, we agree the price with you first.

Payment

• 50% deposit when we start work.
• 50% before launch, once you have reviewed the site and are happy with it.

We invoice by bank transfer. Your site goes live once the final payment is made.

Timeline

Preview ready in 5 to 7 working days from when we confirm your brief back to you. Once you have reviewed and approved the preview, the site goes live. We aim to have your site fully live within 2 weeks of when we confirm your brief back to you. We review every brief personally and reply to confirm it. The clock starts on that reply, not when you submit the form. Timings depend on you supplying what we ask for, and on your feedback, in good time.

Revisions and aftercare

Each package includes one round of revisions before launch. After launch, we fix anything that needs fixing for free for 30 days. Small changes after that are priced upfront, or covered by the optional Care Plan.

You own your site

Once the final payment is made, the finished website files and the site itself are yours. We hand over the files, logins and access. Optional hosting and the Care Plan are separate and can be stopped at any time.

Your content

If you give us text, photos, logos or other material, you confirm you have the right to use it on your website. Where we source stock images for you, we choose images we are entitled to use.

Search rankings

We build every site with a solid technical foundation for search. Where a site ranks depends on many things outside our control, so we do not promise any particular position.

Liability

We will do our work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with a project is limited to the amount you have paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
