    A shop built into your hand-coded site with Snipcart: product pages, cart and checkout. Stock, orders and discount codes are managed through Snipcart’s dashboard. What you provide.

Four things help us build your site. If you do not have one of them yet, here is what happens instead.

  • Your logo

    Send it if you have one. If not, we set a clean text logo, or you can add the Logo and Brand Identity add-on.

  • Your domain

    Your domain login, so we can connect the site. No domain yet? We help you register one, at your cost.

  • Google Business Profile access

    Manager access to your profile, if you have one. This is optional.

  • Business details and photos

    Your business details and any photos you would like used. We use well-chosen stock images until your own are ready.

Common questions

Questions before
you start.

Do I need to provide photos?

No. If you have photos of your work, we will use them. If not, we source images that suit your trade and location. For trades businesses, well-chosen stock photography works well until you have photos of your own.

Who writes the content?

We do. Every page is written for you: service descriptions, about section, headlines and calls to action. You do not write a single word. We will ask you a few questions about your business and handle everything from there. You review and approve everything before it goes live.

How does payment work?

The price is paid in two halves: 50% upfront when we start and 50% on completion, once you are happy with the site and before it goes live. The price we agree before we start is the price you pay. No extras and no add-ons you did not ask for. We invoice via bank transfer.

Do I own the website?

Yes, completely. Once the final payment is made, the site is 100% yours. We hand over all files, logins and access. You are never locked into anything with us. Hosting and the Care Plan are optional, and you can stop either at any time.

What if I need changes after launch?

Your package includes one round of revisions before launch. You can change anything you like. After that, small text or image updates are £50 each. For ongoing changes, the Care Plan (from £99/mo) covers up to 3 small text or image updates a month and priority support, plus uptime monitoring, a monthly speed and accessibility check, a monthly test of every form and link and a short monthly email summarising what was checked and changed. Unused updates do not roll over, and larger changes are priced upfront.

How long does it take?

Preview ready in 5 to 7 working days from when we confirm your brief back to you. One round of revisions is included, and once you approve the preview the site goes live. We aim to have your site fully live within 2 weeks of when we confirm your brief back to you. We review every brief personally and reply to confirm it. The clock starts on that reply, not when you submit the form. Quick replies on the preview keep your launch on schedule.

Do you work across all of Scotland?

Yes. We work with businesses across Scotland. The whole process is done remotely: brief by email, preview via a live link, revisions by message, so where you are makes no difference.

What happens after the site goes live?

You get a 30-day aftercare period where we fix anything that needs fixing for free. After that, optional managed hosting at £299/year keeps your site on our Netlify account, with monitoring, form delivery, updates and rollback to any previous version. If you would rather not, we hand over the site files and help move the site to your own free Netlify account.
